These terms cover use of DevNulled's apps (PAK, MDK, MNI, PLM, and any others listed on the home page). Each is a small-scale, invite-only service for a specific club or community, provided by a single developer, Frederik Vervaet, on a best-effort, unpaid basis.
Access
Access to any DevNulled app is by invite from that app's club/community administrator. We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse, abuse of other members, or activity that puts the service or other users at risk.
No warranty
These services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. In particular, apps involving live location or navigation (e.g. PAK) are aids, not a substitute for safe, attentive driving and your own judgment — always follow applicable traffic laws.
Changes
These terms may change as the apps evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
