Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-07
This policy covers the general data practices shared across DevNulled's apps (PAK, MDK, MNI, PLM, and any others listed on the home page). Each app is an independent, small-scale service for a specific club or community — not a public product with open sign-up — operated by a single developer, Frederik Vervaet.
What we collect
Most apps use invite-based joining rather than open registration or passwords. Depending on the app, this can include: a display name/nickname, a device-scoped login token, push-notification device tokens, and — only where the app's own purpose requires it and the member has actively agreed (e.g. PAK's live location sharing during a club drive) — location data. Some apps also collect basic diagnostic data (crash reports, network performance) purely to keep the service running reliably.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone.
- We don't use third-party advertising trackers or analytics SDKs.
- We don't store email addresses long-term where an app can avoid it — several apps (e.g. PAK) send an invite by email once and discard the address immediately afterward.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data in any DevNulled app at any time. Some apps also expose this directly in-app. To make a request for any app, contact frederik.vervaet@gmail.com.
App-specific detail
Where an app collects something more specific than described here (for example, PAK's live location sharing during an active club drive), that app's own in-app consent screen is the authoritative description of what's collected and why.
